• Coordinating the booking of all LPMGA presentations to the
general public, clubs, organizations, and schools
• Promoting and publicizing the availability of these programs and
speakers in coordination with the Publicity committee
• Giving presentations and soliciting presenters from within the
membership
• Evaluating presentations and changing programs as needed
• Organizing and maintaining a checkout system for DVDs and
videos
